Since 1983, Horizons Consumer Credit Counseling Service has been serving Eastern Iowa with offices in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City. Services of this organization include: bankruptcy counseling, consumer education, budget assistance and housing counseling.

Informatics worked with Horizons Consumer Credit Counseling to create a new look and feel that promoted a feeling of hope to its visitors. The intuitive navigation structure allows visitors to the website to easily find the information they are looking for. The easy-to-use backend Content Management System allows administrators the ability to update several portions of the website including the Events Calendar.
