Parking Options:
Street
Metered street parking is available downtown. If you are parking on the street, enter the Blue Strawberry Coffee Shop and take the stairs or elevator to the Second Floor.
Parkade
You can park in the First Avenue Parkade located between Second and Third Streets right next to Cedar Rapids Chop House (the old Roosevelt Hotel). Bring your parking stub for validation.
Take the Skywalk across First Avenue to our office.
